• Shipping Origins: Depending on the product and supplier availability, your order may be shipped from within South Africa or from an international warehouse.

• Estimated Delivery Times:

• Local Shipments: Deliveries within South Africa (using couriers like Pudo, The Courier Guy, or Paxi) typically take 3–5 business days.

• International Shipments: For items shipped from overseas via our global suppliers, delivery can take 10–20 business days depending on customs and local courier handovers.

• Courier & Supplier Dependency: Final delivery speeds are subject to the specific logistics provider and the supplier's location.

• Tracking: All orders include tracking information which will be sent to your email once the supplier has dispatched the item.

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, please be aware that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
